Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer refunds, but will do our best to make your order right if there has been and error or shipping damage.

Manufacturer's warranty
Each of our games are inspected and hand packed to ensure the highest quality. We want you to love our games as much as we do!
However, in rare circumstances, items may have been missed or damaged on the inside of the box. If you discover damage upon opening, please take a picture and send to us along with a receipt and we will gladly replace the damaged or missing part.
Refunds
We will evaluate each request on a case by case basis. We will make your order right, which may involve a refund. If a refund is issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
